In 2017, I took charge of the Zaporizhzhia office as COO. I’m handling conflicts, monitoring performance of all departments in general and each employee’s KPI in particular, doing forecasting and development. All these duties allow me to apply my communicative skills and I consider this to be one of the most important aspects of a manager’s work. Plus, I get to make sure that coders like me aren’t isolated, encouraging my employees to communicate, collaborate, and create awesome content!
I try to spend my free time reading professional literature and various social studies as well as biographies of significant business and culture figures. As for hobbies, I’ve loved cycling and music ever since I was a little boy and they still bring me plenty of joy and help release any pressure built up over my full work days.
Incode Group’s growth is guided by the curiosity and ambitions of the awesome people working in our company. We all believe that a desire to innovate and a thirst for knowledge are the keys to a better version of yourself and your environment.
