Lead generation Manager
location: Dnipro


  • At least 1 year of experience in IT sales management;
  • Experienced in working with different lead generation tools.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Experience in maintaining communication with B2B clients;
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge;
  • Experience in web analytics, SMM, content marketing, email marketing.


  • Searching and qualifying potential clients on LinkedIn and other channels using different lead generation tools.
  • Conducting market research to obtain leads.
  • Primary contact screening. Searching for information about a person, a company.
  • Initiating contact with clients and setting up meetings for Business Development Specialists to achieve KPIs.
  • Primary communication with clients.
  • Search and development of new ways to get qualified leads.
  • Analysis of the sales department.
  • Work with CRM.
