Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Humanitarian Projects
The CO ICF Hello, Ukraine was established in February 2024 as a volunteer initiative by the IT community, contributing daily to bringing Ukraine closer to victory. Its primary mission is to meet the needs of our military. This involves providing essential resources for those on the front lines and supporting veterans returning to civilian life by offering career development opportunities after their service. Over time, the foundation expanded to include humanitarian efforts as well. This humanitarian work includes supporting public organizations, children, displaced persons, and war victims.
A CO ICF must attract donors who will support fundraising efforts. This requires an easy way for people to donate and building trust through accountability and transparency. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a platform to display real-time incoming donations to the foundation’s accounts and chronologically show how donor funds were spent, complete with documentation and photo reports.
Display all incoming funds in real-time, along with purchases and aid distributions, in chronological order, and regularly update project pages to reflect the amounts raised through the site.
Provide an accessible donation platform that allows donors to choose their currency, make a one-time contribution, or subscribe to recurring payments with their preferred amount.
Launch a website to showcase the foundation's activities, charitable projects, and transparent financial reporting.
The foundation's platform allows for easy and efficient presentation of current and completed charitable projects and financial reporting. This ensures transparency and maintains the engagement of donors, partners, and volunteers.
Enable donors to contribute any amount with ease.
Allows donations in multiple currencies (UAH, USD, EUR, Crypto) from any bank and offers an option to set up a recurring donation subscription.
Automate all finance-related processes.
The platform summarizes all incoming funds from foundation accounts, displays total donations, average, and highest donations. When new data is added, the platform automatically recalculates amounts, providing up-to-date financial information to all interested users.
Create a space where donors can easily participate in fundraising and view real-time financial transparency.
Developed a website that gathers all information about the foundation's activities, current and completed initiatives, and offers various ways to donate.
